Looking for Mid-level UI Designer who is inquisitive enough to get kicked by challenging conventional ideas, strives to experiment and chase hard to create exceptional outputs on a wide portfolio of design challenges. You’ll be expected to take a more leading role, working closely with developers, product managers, copywriters and other designers on projects ranging from Website to Digital Products.
Lead projects independently by gathering information, understanding and analysis of Client requirements.
Plan the project, create & defend your process to meet the timeline, business needs & budget
Conduct industry research and stay up-to-date on best practices, competitor UI designs and emerging technologies.
Gather insights from analytics team to assess the impact of all UI design and usability changes.
Conduct, observe and analyse usability testing sessions.
Conduct user research, interviews, surveys and usability studies, translating findings into wireframes and prototypes.
Effectively communicate your designs to developers and other key stakeholders.
Develop standard UI components and style guides for company-wide use.
Provide support and internal training.
Develop consistent, intuitive architectures.
